We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation policy.
7 Days or more before Check-in: 100% Refund (minus 5% processing fee).
3 to 6 Days before Check-in: 50% Refund of the booking amount.
Less than 72 Hours before Check-in: No Refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI) within 5-7 working days.
In case of natural calamities (cyclones) or government lockdowns preventing travel to Puri, we offer a full refund or a free date change for future booking.
